Whether it’s shark week or just a movie night where you want to treat yourself to bad shark movies. Instead of just plopping down on your couch and popping plain ol’ popcorn into your gaping maw, shake it up with some shark bait. A delightfully delicious treat that will liven up your movie night like chum livens up sharks into a feeding frenzy.

Ingredients:
Popcorn (movie theater or kettle corn)
11/2 cup Raw Almonds
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
Swedish Fish Candy
Wilton Candy Melts (red)
Gummy Blue Sharks
Pop the popcorn in the microwave.
Take out a cookie sheet and line it with wax paper.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Empty 1 1/2 cups of raw almonds onto the cookie sheet
Sprinkle 1 tsp of ground cinnamon over the almonds.
Layer the 1/2 cup of sugar evenly over the almonds.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then stir the mixture to coat the almonds in the sugar and cinnamon on all sides. Bake for another 10 minutes for a total of 20 minutes.
Remove almonds from the oven.
Layer the popped popcorn on the wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Mix it and the roasted almonds together until they are all evenly dispersed.
Pour red candy chocolate melts into a bowl and microwave until melted. Stir the red chocolate to get rid of any clumps. Stir until it is smooth.
With a spoon, drizzle the melted, red candy chocolate across the popcorn.
Add the Swedish Fish on top of the melted chocolate as desired. Spread out across the popcorn.
Add the gummy sharks.
Let the chocolate cool. You can refrigerate it for 15 to 20 minutes to speed up the process.
Remove from the fridge and serve! You can cut it into bars or crumble it like a brittle.
Chow down, chum!
